What's for Dinner??

If you find yourself staring at an empty fridge, stumped again at dinner time; we have some tips below which would hopefully alleviate some of that unnecessary stress.  

So many of us are frustrated with trying to think creative every night that we end up reaching for the take-out apps.

After a long day for a busy Mum, wouldn't it be great to have a plan all ready for you without having to commit to a financial subscription?

Well that's where we come in! We have put together a weekly meal planner with fast, easy and Mum approved delicious meals that the whole family will love. They include recipe instructions for five meals per week, and a weekly shopping list, free to our Balou Members. 

All you have to do is subscribe at the bottom of the page and you will receive an email with a link to our VIP area where you can download our Meal Planners. You can access them on your phone, or print them out for your fridge.

Watch out for our recipe videos too that we will be continually adding along with more meals and recipes.
